- Go to a site where you can obtain Oregon training and your license. We recommend Moments Notice.
- When you are ready - go to Moment's Notice.
- Read and follow the instructions carefully regarding payment and taking the class.
- On completion of the course, your access to the course contents will be closed. The next step is to visit the OLCC Alcohol Service Permit Portal to take and pass the test. In order to take the test, you will need to create an account, and upload a Proof of Class document (which we email to you when have completed the course.) If you need to fill out an OLCC Alcohol Service Permit Application, you can also do that and pay through the Portal.
- A 70% is required by the OLCC to pass the Initial Alcohol Server Education class exam. Once you have passed you will be directed to fill out a service permit application and send in to the OLCC. Keep a copy for your records.
